The Audi Q7 made its debut at the 2005 Frankfurt Auto Show and is a third-generation performance-luxury crossover SUV. The 2008 Audi Q7 seats up to seven passengers depending on the seating configuration. The 2008 Audi Q7 is fitted with a 3.6-liter V-6 that generates 280 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque or a 4.2-liter V-8 that produces 350 hp and 325 lb-ft. of torque. A six-speed transmission with manual-shift control is standard on both. All Q7 models come with Audi's Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Properly equipped, the Q7 can tow 6,600 pounds. The four-door Audi Q7 is unique for its high quality construction and materials. Convenience features include eight-way power front seats, leather upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, Audi's Multi Media Interface all-in-one control system, and an eight-speaker stereo with a six-CD changer.
