Huge reserves of understated power and the finest tradition of British coach building come together in the Bentley Arnage. Each of the three Grand Touring saloons has its own distinctive character and style. Bentley's flagship vehicle remains unchanged for 2008. The 2008 Bentley Arnage comes in three trim levels: base Arnage R, extended-length Arnage RL and sporty Arnage T. The Arnage T has less chrome than the regular Bentley sedan, while the seats come with diamond-pattern upholstery.

A 450-horsepower, V-8 engine powers the Bentley Arnage R and RL. The Arnage T has a 6.75-liter, 500-horsepower engine producing 738 pound-feet of torque. These two engines work thorough a new six-speed automatic transmission.

Whether it's the high-performance Bentley Arnage T, the beautifully refined Arnage R or the stately Arnage RL, no other car has been hand-built to customer requirements with such delicacy and care. Arnage R comes with 18-inch wheels while the Arnage T has 19-inch alloy wheels. The former gets a sport-tuned suspension and the latter a comfort-tuned suspension. The Arnage T grille has a darker finish while the R and RL are chrome-colored. The four-door Bentley sedans look slightly different from the iconic Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph cars and have many unique characteristics. As many as 40 body colors are available to choose from. Four adults can sit comfortably inside the Arnage T.

The 2008 Bentley Arnage comes with a number of safety features for both driver and passenger protection. Anti-lock brakes, traction control, electronic stability system, side-impact and side curtain air bags are standard.
