The Cadillac XLR is available in three trim levels, the base, the Platinum edition and the new Alpine White edition. It is powered by a refined 320-horsepower, 4.6-liter, V-8 VVT engine paired to a six-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Rear-wheel drive and magnetic ride control are standard features. Fuel economy is 15/24 mpg (city/highway). The XLR sprints to 60 mph in 5.8 seconds, while it has a top speed record of 155 mph. The trunk offers 11.6 cubic feet of space when the top is up, and 4.4 cubic feet with the top down. |
