Dodge is breaking new ground with the all-new 2009 Journey. The feature-packed and technology-driven 2009 Journey is an all-new crossover sport utility vehicle. The five- and seven-seat versions among the SE, SXT and R/T models fight it out with Ford Edge, Subaru Tribeca, Toyota Highlander and Hyundai's Santa Fe.

The 2009 Dodge Journey comes with a choice of engines. The base engine is a 2.4-liter, four-cylinder that produces 173 horsepower. Higher models include the 186-horsepower, 2.7-liter engine; and the 3.5-liter, 235-horsepower options. While the four-cylinder and 2.7-liter V-6 have a four-speed automatic transmission, the 3.5-liter V-6 drives on a six-speed automatic.

The 2009 Dodge Journey is a stylish crossover SUV. It has an appealing design and is nimble considering its size. The exterior, befitting Dodgeâ??s strength and sturdiness, is athletic and sculpted.
