Body and Styling |

| |
For 2008, the changes in Lexus GX 470 include new metallic finish on the grille, roof rack, door handles and tailgate molding. The taillights also have new lens coverings. A moonroof is standard. Alloy wheels hold 17-inch tires. The Rear Adaptive Height Control raises the vehicle for extra clearance and lowers it for easier entry and exit.
Inside, the GX 470 is roomy, quiet and luxurious, with an optional third-row seat that expands capacity to eight. Its cabin is swathed in leather. The standard features include dual-zone automatic climate control, leather-upholstered seating and trim, powered front seats, an in-dash six-CD changer, a leather-trimmed power-adjustable steering wheel and an overhead console with an integrated HomeLink transmitter. Its maximum towing capacity (when properly equipped) is around 6,500lbs (2,948kg).
The seats are supportive and fairly comfortable. |
