Built on Nissan's proven B-platform, the stylish Versa offers a spacious cabin with best-in-class head and rear leg room, high quality comfortable seating, and great cabin environment. For 2008, a Sport Package is offered on the Versa Hatchback SL models. Cruise control is also now available for Versa S models. |

All 2008 Nissan Versa models are equipped with a standard 122-horsepower 1.8-liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine that provides the highest standard horsepower rating in its class. The 2008 Versa also delivers excellent fuel economy. Estimated EPA fuel economy is 27 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway with the CVT transmission; 24 mpg/31 mpg (city/highway) with the 4-speed automatic transmission; and 26 mpg/31 mpg (city/highway) with the 6-speed manual transmission. |
